Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines prohibited uses of Structurify ("Service"). Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not upload or process documents that:
2.1 Illegal Content
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Constitute evidence of criminal activity you are attempting to conceal
- Infringe on patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights
2.2 Harmful Content
- Contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Are designed to exploit or harm minors
- Contain child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Promote terrorism or violent extremism
2.3 Unauthorized Content
- Documents you do not have rights to access or process
- Content obtained through unauthorized access to third-party systems
- Stolen or misappropriated documents
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
3.1 System Abuse
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Circumvent usage limits or credit controls
- Use automated systems to create multiple accounts
- Perform security testing without written authorization
3.2 Service Misuse
- Use the Service to compete with or replicate our offerings
- Resell access to the Service without authorization
- Use the Service in a manner that degrades performance for other users
- Submit documents designed to extract prompts, model weights, or proprietary information
3.3 Legal Violations
- Violate export control or sanctions regulations
- Facilitate fraud, money laundering, or financial crimes
- Violate data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Process documents in violation of professional or legal obligations
4. Sensitive Documents
4.1 Your Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights and authorization to process documents, especially those containing:
- Personal health information (PHI)
- Financial records
- Legal privileged communications
- Government classified information
- Trade secrets
4.2 Regulatory Compliance
If you are subject to specific regulations (HIPAA, GLBA, etc.), you are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with those requirements. Contact us for enterprise deployments requiring specific compliance frameworks.
5. Reporting Violations
To report suspected violations:

6. Enforcement
6.1 Investigation
We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement when required.

Violations may result in:
- Warning
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent termination

If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, contact appeals@structurify.ai within 14 days.
